The Pakistan eCommerce Association (PEA) has stepped onto the global
stage by partnering with the Digital Marketing Expo and Conference
(DMEXCO) to host the first-ever digital trade fair for the Asian
region in Singapore.
The landmark collaboration is set to bring together companies,
policymakers, and innovators, offering them a platform to connect,
share expertise, and shape the future of digital commerce across Asia.
Spearheaded by PEA Founder and Chairman Omer Mubeen along with
Founding Member and General Secretary Sehrish Ali, the initiative has
mobilized a diverse group of Pakistani businesses, startups, and
service providers to showcase their potential. The event is expected
to open new avenues for cross-border collaborations, partnerships, and
investments.
Scheduled for October 8–9, 2025, DMEXCO Asia will be held in Singapore
for the first time as part of Tech Week Asia.
“DMEXCO Asia will serve as a central meeting point for decision-makers
in the digital economy, marketing, and innovation sectors. For
Pakistan, this is a historic milestone – not only a breakthrough in
regional development but also proof that the country is gaining
prominence in global digital trade,” said PEA Chairman Omer Mubeen.
Over the years, the Pakistan eCommerce Association has been actively
working to connect businesses, mentor entrepreneurs, and raise
awareness about emerging digital opportunities. The Singapore event
will give Pakistani startups and established brands direct access to
investors, buyers, and innovators driving the next wave of global
eCommerce.
“The launch of DMEXCO Asia is a significant milestone as it integrates
into Tech Week Singapore and aligns with the established eCommerce
Expo. It will serve as a convergence point for Asia’s top technology
providers and innovators, enabling them to explore key trends and
challenges in eCommerce, retail, and marketing technology,” added PEA
Secretary Sehrish Ali.
