A three-day eye screening camp will be held from May 26 to 28, 2025, at the Abdul Razak Tabba Welfare Dispensary located within the premises of Lucky Cement Factory in Pezu. Conducted in collaboration with Al-Shifa Trust, the camp will run daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The initiative aims to provide accessible eye care services to residents of the surrounding communities. Services to be offered during the camp include general eye examinations, prescription glasses, free medicines, and cataract screening. Qualified medical personnel and optometrists from Al-Shifa Trust will be on-site to conduct assessments and provide necessary treatment and referrals.
This effort is part of Lucky Cement’s broader commitment to community health, particularly in remote and underserved areas. Through regular health-focused initiatives, the company continues to address critical gaps in healthcare access while strengthening long-term community wellbeing.
