    Art, Culture and Cricket: inDrive elevated cricket excitement with a stunning cultural rickshaw rally in Karachi

    World’s second most downloaded app inDrive brought the fusion of cricket, culture, and art to the forefront. As the excitement for the ICC Champions Trophy was at its peak, inDrive unveiled a spectacular Rickshaw Rally featuring artist Wasfa Kamal’s breath-taking cultural artwork, integrating traditional music, cuisine, heritage, and the nation’s cricket fever.

    At this occasion,  Muhammad Awais Saeed , Country Lead, inDrive Pakistan said, “On February 23, 2025, for the highly anticipated Pakistan vs. India match, cricket enthusiasts got to experience the excitement through a unique cultural Rickshaw Rally in vibrantly decorated rickshaws, each adorned with artistic depictions of Pakistani culture, traditional cuisine, and iconic attire. This initiative not only enhanced the excitement of the tournament but also served as a warm cultural welcome for the international teams arriving in Pakistan, giving them a glimpse of the country’s deep-rooted traditions and diversity.”

    The Pakistan vs. India match is more than just a game—it is a festival in international cricket, bringing together millions of passionate fans across the globe. inDrive heightened the excitement by ensuring that the spirit of this historic encounter extended far beyond the stadium, making it an unforgettable spectacle for cricket lovers.

    He  further stated that “To further amplify the excitement, inDrive ensured that cricket fever reached beyond the stadium by organizing live match screenings at eight universities across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad on the 23rd of February. The screening at IBA Karachi was a special highlight, featuring an 18-rickshaw rally that transported students from the IBA Boys and Girls Hostels to the campus in beautifully decorated rickshaws, adding a vibrant cultural touch to their journey.”

    Following the match, inDrive extended the experience by offering students another thrilling round in the rickshaw rally, allowing them to revel in the excitement and celebration of the ICC Champions Trophy.

    Through this immersive campaign, inDrive went beyond just transportation—it curated a cultural experience that blends Pakistan’s love for cricket with its artistic and traditional essence.
