Three passengers who arrived in Karachi from Saudi Arabia have been transferred to the Sindh Infectious Diseases Hospital after showing symptoms of monkeypox, as reported by 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Hospital officials have confirmed that the passengers have been moved to isolation wards as a precaution while awaiting their test results. The suspected patients exhibited red spots on their bodies, a key indicator of monkeypox.
The hospital administration has stated that until the test reports confirm the diagnosis, the patients will remain in isolation for further observation.
Health authorities are closely monitoring the situation to prevent any potential outbreak.
