PAK-QATAR TAKAFUL GROUP SIGNS UP WITH SAPPHIRE CONSULTING FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ORACLE SOA/BPM!

Lahore (Muhammad Yasir) Pak-Qatar Takaful Group has recently signed a corporate agreement with Oracle (SOA & BPM solutions) for efficiency of business processes to enhance the service level for its valued customers.

The IT solution will be provided by Sapphire Consulting Services for Implementation and Ephlux will provide Advisory in Consulting and governance services during this project. This automation will enhance the efficiency of business procedures and will further improve the customer care services of the entire group.

With this agreement, signed by Pak-Qatar Family Takaful CEO, Mr. Nasir Ali Syed and Sapphire Consulting CEO, Mr. Zuhair Siddiqui, both the business partners are ready to set new benchmarks in the industry.

While speaking at the occasion, Mr. Nasir said, “This agreement will further strengthen relationship between Pak-Qatar Takaful Group and Sapphire Consulting and will boast commercial ties between both the companies.” He further stated that this business partnership will offer convenience to PQFTL customers through its large distribution network thus utilizing the information technology to its best.
