Lahore (Muhammad Yasir) Two key innovations in interior and exterior paint products, Dulux EasyCare & Weathershield PowerFlexx were showcased by Dulux, a leading decorative paints brand by AkzoNobel at IAPEX, 2019. IAPEX is an annual event held across Pakistan by Institute of Architects of Pakistan (IAP), that aims to support the design and architecture sector, with a unique platform to help create long-lasting and mutually beneficial business connections. The event holds an exhibition of building materials, followed by an architectural conference. This year’s attendance witnessed prominent architects, allied professionals and thousands of visitors.
Dulux’s Weathershield Powerflexx features superior protection and performance through its elastomeric properties, which helps it cover hairline cracks on walls. This innovation premium exterior emulsion also reflects UV rays, reducing exterior wall surface temperatures up to 5⁰C. Dulux’s EasyCare is a premium interior emulsion with KidProof+ technology, which prevents and delays stains from penetrating deep into the paint film, due to its stain repellent properties. The paint also provides extra protection to homeowners due to its anti-bacterial properties.
