CBD PUNJAB SET TO ACHIEVE MILESTONE IN OCTOBER WITH LAHORE PRIME INFRASTRUCTURE COMPLETION.
Lahore (Muhammad Yasir) Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), is on the corner of reaching another significant milestone this October as it wraps up the Lahore Prime infrastructure in CBD Punjab Quaid District. The infrastructure encompasses comprehensive road works with asphalt surfacing, a state-of-the-art drainage system, a robust sewage network, dependable water supply, natural gas connections, top-tier telecommunication services, enhanced security measures, and aesthetically pleasing landscaping.
To review the development progress of Lahore Prime’s infrastructure CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin visited the project site, where he was briefed on the final stages of Lahore Prime’s infrastructure development.Executive Director Commercial CBD Punjab, Mohammed Omer, Executive Director Technical CBD Punjab, Riaz Hussain, , officials from CBD Punjab Technical team NESPAK and NLC were also present during the visit. In line with CBD Punjab’s visionary approach, a large-scale plantation drive has been initiated within the CBD Punjab, creating green spaces to support and enhance the environment.
In a bold move to alleviate traffic congestion and enhance connectivity, CEO CBD Punjab announced that a new road through CBD Punjab, linking Main Boulevard Gulberg and Kalma Chowk will also be open by the end of October. This strategic route will significantly improve transportation in the region, providing residents of Askari 5, Gulberg 2, and Falcon with direct and efficient access to Kalma Chowk. While expressing his views CEO CBD Punjab, Imran Amin, said “The completion of Lahore Prime’s infrastructure is a testament to the dedication and perseverance of the entire CBD Punjab team.
This achievement marks a significant step forward in our mission to create a dynamic and sustainable central business district that will drive economic growth and prosperity in Punjab.” Lahore Prime, a project auctioned by CBD Punjab in September 2021, is on the cusp of realizing its potential as the epicenter of business activity in the region CBD Punjab commends its dedicated team for their timely efforts and dedication to bringing the Lahore Prime CBD Punjab Quaid District infrastructure to fruition.
