Ambassador Of Pakistan in the United States, H.E. Mr Masood Khan, invited a LADIESFUND delegation of dynamic women leaders across fields to the Embassy Of Pakistan in Washington D.C. for a roundtable discussion and dialogue. Commenting on the event, the Ambassador stated “Delighted to receive Ms. Tara Uzra Dawood, President, Dawood Global Foundation; and Pakistani-American women professionals and entrepreneurs excelling in diverse fields in the US – taking initiative to create mentorship opportunities for Pakistani women in the tech sector.”

Some of the women delegates included Momina Aijazuddin (IFC), Arfa Syed (Director At Government Technology Firm, formerly NASA), Tehmina Nawab (World Bank group), Saima Abdul Qadir (Carbon Markets Director at CIX), Hibah Khan (International Monetary Fund), Sabrina Khan (Legislative Correspondent, US Senate), Dr. Shahrnaz Kemal, (Research scientist, Neurological diseases), Masoom Salma Rehman (Fashion Designer), among others.

LADIESFUND President Tara Uzra Dawood headed the delegation and chaired the event.
