ISLAMABAD: World Bank (WB) has approved 800 million dollars loan for Pakistan. According to WB statement 2 programs will be launched within two years against this loan. One program will be generation of cheap and clean energy and under this program 400 million dollars will be spent on provision of cheap and clean energy. Under the first program production cost of electricity will be lowered the subsidy on tariff and transmission of electricity program will be improved. 400 million dollars will be invested in bringing betterment in human resources. Work will have to be done for improving the income generating resources for the poor segments of society.
