Pakistani Nation is celebrating 75th Independence Day with patriotic zeal and nationalistic emotions. From the beginning of the August, preparation remained at full swing in different parts of the country and citizens expressed their utmost love for their motherland in different ways, like decorating streets with little flags, 14th August themed green dresses or vehicle decorations etc. NewsupdatesTimes also wishes happy Independence Day to all Pakistanis living within Pakistan or Abroad.
Though ongoing corona pandemic and sacred month of Muharram, celebrations of Independence Day are being kept low, but emotions and energy level is at its peak. The main Independence Day ceremony will be held in Islamabad, where the national flag is hoisted at the Parliament and Presidency buildings. This is follow up by the national anthem and widely circulated and televised speeches by the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Pakistan Independence Day is a National Holiday in Pakistan, but this day is significant in many ways. It recalls us the sacrifices of our forefathers, Commitment of Great leaders like Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Iqbal and others. We should follow the golden principles and guidelines set by our great leaders, only this way we can start the journey of glory of Pakistan.
