Karachi (Muhammad Yasir) Bank Alfalah has onboarded the 8th batch of its prestigious Management Trainee Program after a rigorous recruitment process involving gamified assessment, video interview, virtual assessment centers and panel interviews.
This year, the Bank has welcomed 27 graduates out of 3000 applicants who will go through 3 months of classroom training on key development aspects before being placed in suitable department based on their individual skillsets. A meet and great session was held on July 18th that was addressed by the President and CEO, Mr. Atif Bajwa.
The CEO and Group Head HR welcomed the Management Trainees to the Bank Alfalah family where they wished them luck with their learning career at Bank Alfalah.
