Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), Imran Amin, conducted an extensive site visit to CBD Bab District and CBD NSIT City to review the progress of ongoing development projects.
Accompanied by senior authority officials and representatives from NESPAK, CEO Imran Amin evaluated structural milestones across multiple key zones.
The visiting delegation included Director Project Management Asif Iqbal, Director Construction Asif Babar, Director Architecture and Planning Sameer Aftab Sial, Director Marketing Waseem Siddique, Director Engineering Umar Hayat, Deputy Director Land & Estate Sajid Hussain, senior officials of CBD Punjab, Nespak and project contractors
During his inspection of Bab-e-Pakistan, the CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin, was briefed on the structural framework and design features of the landmark project. Emphasizing the historical significance of the site, Imran Amin issued strict directives to execute area clearing immediately while ensuring the site’s heritage value remains fully preserved.
The inspection team subsequently visited NSIT City to examine the progress of the main entrance gate and access roads. Project engineers confirmed that the main structure of the NSIT City entrance gate is complete, with asphalt laying, planter installation and cobblestone paving across the public realm now in their final stages.
Furthermore, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin inspected the Celestia IT & Office Tower to review the ongoing exterior glass facade installation.
Chairing a review meeting following the field visits, CEO CBD Punjab Imran Amin stated, “Completing projects within designated timelines is the hallmark of CBD Punjab, and we are committed to maintaining this operational standard. CBD Punjab has firmly established itself as a primary pillar of the province’s economic growth. The timely completion of our current developments represents another significant milestone, and we are deploying all necessary resources to achieve it.”
