LAHORE: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) will offer students, alumni and staff members of the Government CoIIege University (GCU) discounted packages for premium ICT services including seamless telephone and internet services.
The PTCL signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the GCU here on Wednesday.
