Lahore (Muhammad Yasir) Bookme Tickets Private Limited (Bookme), a leading Pakistani e-ticketing platform for transport and entertainment, has partnered with Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) in Lahore to offer digitize and implement e-ticketing facilities on PHA events.
Partnership signing ceremony of the memorandum was graced by CEO, Bookme – Mr. Faizan Aslam and Director, Horticulture – Akhtar Mehmood.
Talking on the alliance with Parks and Horticulture Authority CEO, Bookme – Mr. Faizan Aslam said “We’re excited to provide our services to PHA .This partnership aims to offer simpler and convenient way to purchase E-tickets for the citizens of Lahore. Director, Horticulture – Akhtar Mehmood said “PHA Lahore is pleased to announce this partnership as this step will promote e-ticketing (on-line) system in Punjab to facilitate people and discourage the physical queues to purchase tickets. Bookme will provide services on PHA events to eliminate over charging and subsequently lead to secure and transparent e-payments for PHA.
Bookme is a Lahore-based startup that enables users all across Pakistan to book bus, air, cinema and event tickets using its website or mobile apps. It is mostly known for selling intercity bus tickets which is apparently also the biggest contributor to its revenue but is quickly expanding into some other interesting verticals.
