The Pakistan Business Forum (PBF) has congratulated China on the 80th Anniversary of its victory in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. In a message to the Chinese Ambassador in Pakistan, LCCI Former Executive Committee Member and PBF Lahore President Muhammad Ejaz Tanveer lauded the sacrifices and resilience of the Chinese people, terming the victory a milestone in the global struggle for peace and justice. Pakistan Business Forum Lahore’s Patron-in-Chief Riaz ul Hassan, Wadood Alvi Patron and Secretary Mahmood Ahmad joining their President in felicitation to China reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to its “iron brotherhood” with China and emphasized the need to strengthen economic cooperation. They proposed an increase in the exchange of trade delegations between the two countries to explore new avenues of collaboration and boost bilateral trade. They also noted that enhanced business-to-business engagement would complement ongoing projects under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). They extended best wishes for the continued peace, prosperity, and progress of the People’s Republic of China.
