Lahore (Qasim Ali) Youth Revolution Clan (YRC) successfully organized United Nations Youth Day Pakistan Youth Icon Award at Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore.
Pakistan Youth Icon Award have the objectives to acknowledge and recognizing youth contribution in sustainable development and to draw attention to innovative thinking and encourage the spirit of social entrepreneurship.
Talented Youth from all provinces was invited. Youth Icon Awards in the category of Information Technology, Peace, Photography, Arts, Women Empowerment and Youth Development were awarded to the winners.

The formula for success for any country!!! Together We can advance the Sustainable Development agenda of United Nations By advocating the Goals and more Engagements of Young People into the Social Transformation.
Co Chair of YRC Ms Maha Jamil said in her addres:
When the high energies of youth are focused into the right direction there are brighter chances for the country to progressa and Acheiving the Sustainable Development Agenda of United Nations .

YRC took this initiative of Pakistan Youth Icon Awards 9 years ago to appreciate the young talent of Pakistan.Dr Rukhsana David Principal Kinnaird College for Women Congratulated all the awardees and said ‘Youth have an officially recognized day aiming to bring attention to important role young people play in building a sustainable society at all levels.
Pakistan Youth Icon Awards Event is bringing awareness and more commitments from Youth for the positive and meaningful Civic Engagement. There has been recent increasing attention and policy and programming focus on youth civic engagement by governments, UN entities, regional and multilateral organizations, CSOs, youth and researchers which is highly commendable .
