Consolidated sales rose 23% to PKR 42.17 billion, with exports reaching approximately USD 37 million during the year.

The Group delivered a strong FY2026 performance as higher sales translated into significant margin expansion and earnings growth across its integrated BOPP, BOPET and CPP films platform.

Gross profit increased 88% to PKR 9.39 billion, lifting gross margin to 22.3% from 14.5% in FY2025. Operating profit rose to PKR 8.14 billion, with operating margin strengthening to 19.3% from 11.1%, reflecting improved operating leverage, product mix and efficiencies across the Group.

The Board of Directors has recommended a cash dividend of PKR 2.00 per share for FY2026, compared with PKR 0.60 per share last year.

Exports also remained an important contributor to the Group’s performance, increasing approximately 30% to PKR 10.4 billion, equivalent to around USD 37 million. Export revenues represented approximately 25% of consolidated sales compared with 23% in the previous year.

IPAK Group continued to expand its presence in international markets while increasing its focus on specialized and value-added packaging films offering greater product differentiation and stronger margin potential.

On a standalone basis, IPAK’s profitability strengthened significantly, with gross profit increasing to PKR 3.08 billion and profit after tax rising approximately 55% to PKR 1.32 billion, translating into EPS of PKR 1.79 compared with PKR 1.16 last year. This performance reflects the strategic allocation of capacity towards comparatively higher-margin domestic business and an improved product mix.

The FY2026 results reflect a significant improvement in the Group’s earnings profile as its expanded and integrated manufacturing platform translates revenue growth into stronger operating profitability.

Looking ahead, the management said the near-term business environment remains challenging amid geopolitical uncertainty and potential disruptions to global trade and supply chains. IPAK Group will continue to focus on operational efficiency, innovation, value-added products and international market development to strengthen its competitive position and support sustainable growth.
