Boltlike Solutions, a Brillanz Group company and Official Audience Intelligence Partner of MADsemble 2026, today formally launched its next-generation audience measurement and intelligence ecosystem at The Nishat Hotel, Lahore, spanning television, digital and connected TV.
The launch coincided with a Boltlike-hosted industry conversation, “The Audience We Think We Know – One Audience. Many Screens.”, bringing together PEMRA, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers and OTT platforms to examine how audiences are changing – and how the industry needs to evolve the way it measures and understands them.
As audiences increasingly move between television, YouTube, social video, streaming and connected screens, Boltlike unveiled three propositions designed to give advertisers, broadcasters and media agencies a richer and more independent understanding of where audiences are, what they watch and where their attention is moving:
BoltTAM – a PEMRA-licensed television audience measurement platform designed to measure television viewing at individual-viewer level through a representative audience panel.
BoltAI – Pakistan’s independent digital audience intelligence platform, continuously monitoring and analysing millions of videos and audience signals across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other major digital platforms. BoltAI tracks newly published content and audience engagement at scale, while cross-platform de-duplication between YouTube and Facebook helps identify overlapping audiences rather than simply adding platform numbers together – providing a clearer understanding of who audiences are, what they watch and engage with, and where attention is moving.
BoltCTV – a connected television proposition bringing live TV, on-demand content and apps together through a smart connected-TV experience, while creating a new measurable connected-screen environment.
“The audience hasn’t disappeared; it has moved across screens,” said Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group CEO of Brillanz Group. “The challenge is no longer a shortage of data. It is making sense of billions of fragmented audience signals. Our ambition with Boltlike is to move beyond counting ratings, views and followers in isolation towards understanding audiences, what they watch, what engages them, how they overlap across platforms and where their attention is moving.”
The Boltlike panel was structured around two conversations, “The Viewer” and “The Currency”, bringing together industry leaders to examine both the changing nature of audience behaviour and the evolving role of audience measurement in media and advertising.
“The Viewer” examined how audience behaviour is evolving across television, streaming, digital and social platforms. Participants included Umair Masoom, Founder & Group CEO, myco Holdings; Waqas Junaid, Director Digital Products and Strategy, Jazz; Arij Awais, Director Marketing & Growth, foodpanda; and Farhan Khan, CEO, Z2C Limited.
“The Currency” explored how audiences are measured and how those measurements ultimately inform media planning, buying and advertising investment. Participants included Sikander Choudry, Executive Member, PEMRA; Jerjees Seja, CEO, ARY Digital Network; Ateeq Ur Rehman, CEO, WPP Media; and Bilal Qureshi, Founder, Boltlike Solutions.
“BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV each provide a different lens on the audience,” said Faisal Paracha, Managing Director, Boltlike Solutions. “The opportunity is to make those signals increasingly useful together, while remaining independent of the buying and selling of media.”
Both conversations were moderated by Maryam Wazirzada, Managing Partner, iris & FranklinCovey Pakistan.
